SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with shipping confirmation. If you do not receive a tracking # within 48 hrs, please check your spam folder before emailing us – For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges.
Domestic orders are still shipping with the possibility of slight delays. International shipping is operating with expected delays.
DELIVERY TIME AND COST
Standard delivery takes 1-4 business days within Europe and 3-7 business days to the rest of the world.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, shipping times may vary.
Due to BREXIT shipments for the UK could suffer some delay, also due to BREXIT and from the 1st of march, you might have to pay duty fees for orders over 135£.
Please check with your local customs.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. To return your items, please email us with you order number.
Once it comes in, we will grant a refund in full, excluding shipping costs.
If you would like to swap an item from your order for another, please email us.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages marked delivered via tracking but not received by the customer should be dealt with via the shipping carrier. On occasion packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please ship your item to a safe and reliable location.
In the event of a damaged or defective item please email us with an attached image of the damage/defect.
Based on availability we will send out a replacement, issue store gift card or a refund.
