SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with shipping confirmation. If you do not receive a tracking # within 48 hrs, please check your spam folder before emailing us – For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges.

Domestic orders are still shipping with the possibility of slight delays. International shipping is operating with expected delays.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL  –  5€

Standard delivery time 1-3 days.

(Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra has a supplement of 5€ extra, and customs charges.)

 

OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN EU – 10€

Standard delivery time: 3-5 days.

(In some European countries they require customs expenses that must be covered by the customer)

 

WORLDWIDE  – 35€

Standard delivery time: 7-15 days.

(Remember about customs expenses that must be covered by the customer)

PLEASE NOTE: All shipment prices within EU will include 21% VAT (Spain Tax) charged on them – the Spanish VAT of 21% is deducted on international orders outside EU, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands. (The price already has the VAT deduction.)

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. To return your items, please email us with you order number.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to swap an item from your order for another, please email us.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.

OST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Packages marked delivered via tracking but not received by the customer should be dealt with via the shipping carrier. On occasion packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please ship  your item to a safe and reliable location.

FAULTY GOODS

In the event of a damaged or defective item please email us with an attached image of the damage/defect.
