SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SANTA gladly ship worldwide.

The following shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination. All information will be provided on the Payment moment and in the case of special countries within the EU and outside the EU, they will be notified by email.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:

ENVIALIA courier service- 5€(*)

Standard delivery time 1-3 days.

(Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra has a supplement of 15€, and customs charges.)

OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN EU:

ENVIALIA courier service – 10€. (*)

Standard delivery time: 3-5 days

(25€ Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Turkey, Cyprus, Corsica, Norway, Serbia – Albania, Bosnia, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro)

PLEASE NOTE: All shipment prices within EU will include 21% VAT (Spain Tax) charged on them – the Spanish VAT of 21% is deducted on international orders outside EU, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands. (The price already has the VAT deduction.)

ORDER STATUS

You can always reach out for a status on your order. Please contact hey@santaliving.com and include your order # as a reference.

The tracking number for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders are subject the same terms as regular Orders, cf. Terms.

Furthermore, when purchasing a product on Pre-order, the payment is fully captured when placing the order. The Customer has full refund rights prior to the pre-order being shipped. Shipment is processed when the Customer receives the invoice for the pre-order and tracking number.

Hereafter, the standard return rights applies to the pre-order.

FAULTY GOODS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please notify SANTA within 30 days after discovering a claim of a purchased product.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced and excluded the delivery costs.

RETURNS

SANTA only accepts returns for faulty goods and not later than 15 days after receiving it. The return will only be accepted if the product has been returned in perfect condition, unused and with all SANTA labels.

SANTA will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.

You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

You will always have the option of a change in case you want a new item of the same design or change it to another one of the same or higher value. Please contact us at hey@santaliving.com for more information.

In case of being confirmed the return of your product by our team, we will use the same data of your credit card used in your purchase to process it. Excluding customs and shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the refund may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.

We are not responsible for items lost in shipping, so we recommend that you keep a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
