SANTA reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes.
All product orders are subject to their availability and acceptance. In this sense, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order those substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are including 21% VAT.
The price of each product will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we fail to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be fully reimbursed the amounts that have been paid.
We will not be obliged to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could have been reasonably recognized by you as the wrong price.
The prices of this website include VAT (for purchases in Spain), but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Shipping Costs Guide.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) the possible changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you a Shipment Confirmation.
Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. You can make the payment with credit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron)
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge on your card will be made at the time your order leaves our warehouses.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
We do shipping worldwide.
The delivery country always has to match the store in the country from which the customer made the purchase.
The shipments of the items will be made through the courier company selected by us. The items will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated to us at the time of placing the order.
The order placed by the Customer will be delivered within the period indicated below depending on the shipping method. ENVIALIA or the selected shipping company will make its best efforts so that the service is carried out in the shortest possible time (take a look on ‘shipping conditions and costs’)
Once the order leaves the SANTA warehouses, an email will be sent to the customer notifying him that his order is being sent. The orders will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer would have given in their log in, so it is important that the Customer pay attention at the time he makes the order, since he will not be able to modify the delivery address data . It will not be liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
– DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If we give it a try, your order cannot be delivered, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. We will also leave you a note indicating where my order is and how to pick it up. If you will not be at the place of delivery of the order at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the event that 15 days have elapsed from your stereo order for delivery, the order has not been delivered for non-attributable cause, we understand that you wish to withdraw from the order and what is considered resolved. As a result, we will refund the price paid for the short stories as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of cancellation. In these cases, these benefits will be affected by the transport costs of the shipments and the return.
Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but that doesn’t mean you can take any of our intellectual property.
All of the content that appears on the Services, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the website, Services, and other materials, are the exclusive property of SANTA and are protected by Spanish Law and registered on ‘Oficina Española de Marcas y Patentes’
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
SANTA makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services provided by the website and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties’ rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall SANTA, be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation. (Spanish Law 15/99 LOPD.)
If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the three digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes – in case the shipping company needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
